The breakfast options were nice, and we appreciated the
friendly staff who were eager to help despite our language barrier. The secure parking was a major plus. However, we did find the pool to be a bit neglected with debris that required attention during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet staff were lovely and helpful. I appreciated the security measures, especially crossing the road to the beach.

oh where do i begin? the breakfast was supposed to be an "american buffet" but turned out to be the same dry refried beans every single day! also, i found the bathroom to be quite, shall we say, used upon arrival. woudl ve been nice to receive an upgrade for the inconvenience, but alas, i am just a regular guest here.

The hotel is located right at the start of the strip, making it easy for my family, including my mother, to access nearby local attractions. The warm pool was a cozy spot for relaxation after our daily outings.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly room amenities would enhance the experience.

Friendly staff and a prime location make this spot a decent choice, especially with nearby restaurants and easy access to public transit. The air conditioning was decent, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. However, the rooms felt quite basic, lacking any special touches that might enhance comfort. Additionally, I noticed that the breakfast could have offered more variety, as it quickly became repetitive.

The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The warm pool was a comfortable place to relax, but I did notice the cleanliness of the pool could be improved. Overall, a pleasant experience for a family stay.

It was just a commendable fit for a short stayover in Mazatlan with good value considering price it charged. The staff was friendly and helped me with nearby restaurant suggestions when I arrived hungry. Avoid the breakfast rush to ensure you get a seat.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the secure parking option. The pool area was comfortable for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I had a decent experience with the breakfast staff, who always had a smile and were supportive. Being single allowed me the freedom to skip the morning rush.
The Wi-Fi was not reliable, making it hard to keep connected. The room felt basic without special touches that could have enhanced comfort during my visit.
